Silent Site Selector for DNA Mutagenesis

This program creates paired oligos for use in site-directed mutagenesis. Where possible, a restriction site is eliminated or created through silent mutation. As such, one can identify the mutated DNA with a simple restriction digestion. This program has been optimized for use with Paired Oligo Mutagenesis kits such as Strategene´s Quikchange System. Enter a 21bp, inframe DNA sequence for mutation:  

(For your initial query, center the region to mutate in the 21mer. For example, enter "ttt ttt ttt ATG ttt ttt ttt" to modify the ATG codon (case, space, and non GATC character insensitive)).
