Building Consensus Gene Models: GLEAN3 (Aaron Mackay) JIGSAW (Salzberg group)

Timelines: Build consensus models by 24th

FlyBase will be posting consensus sets.

Need to check CAF1 assemblies and assemblies submitted to GenBank

Need to check for syntactical errors in annotations (Michael Brent)

Order of consensus annotations will be:

Will have annotation groups fix GFF formats.

Reminder that annotations are based on Dmel release 4.3.
